 Future development

   The original master plan for Raintree Lake, defines the general location and character of the major land uses and road alignments.  At present, there are 12 to 15 tracts of land, totaling about 300 acres, which remain to be developed.

   As future development proceeds a more detailed plan for the use of each tract is to take place.  Consideration is given to developing tracts that appeal to all  life’s stages, from young college graduates to active adults and in between.  Raintree Lake plans to accommodate a variety of housing choices and interests in order to meet the needs of all residents.  There will be various traditional single family detached home neighborhoods, patio and town home neighborhoods, neo-traditional (old town) village and multi-family neighborhoods.
